Terms of Service

By using https://power-bright-solutions.vercel.app you agree to these terms. Information on this site is for general guidance only and does not constitute electrical advice for any specific situation. Electrical work can be dangerous and should be performed by a licensed electrician.

Electrical service terms and scope of work

All work performed by VoltGuard Electric is subject to a written scope and price provided at the time of service. Verbal estimates are non-binding. Final recommendations may change after a licensed electrician inspects the panel, wiring, breaker, outlet, fixture, EV charger, generator, or affected circuit in person.

Emergency calls

For urgent electrical problems, call from a safe place and follow dispatcher safety guidance. Do not open an electrical panel, touch wet equipment, bypass breakers, or keep using a device that smells hot, sparks, buzzes, or trips repeatedly.

Permits and inspections

Panel upgrades, service changes, generator installs, EV charger circuits, rewiring, and other larger electrical jobs may require permits, utility coordination, and inspection by the local authority. When required, those steps are included in the written scope or discussed before work begins.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship as described in writing on each invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are passed through to the customer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not responsible for hidden pre-existing conditions, utility outages, customer-supplied equipment failures, or unsafe work performed by others.

Electrical service notes

VoltGuard Electric operates as a phone-first electrical service provider. Customer calls are used to confirm the service area, dispatch a licensed electrician, document safety concerns, prepare clear pricing, coordinate permits when required, and support warranty questions after work is complete.
